  • Relationships are a key part of our lives. When anxiety, fear of abandonment, or difficulty forming deeper connections is part of our reality, it can leave us feeling incomplete.

  • Overwhelming experiences or chronic stress can leave us with a dysregulated nervous system, making it feel like we have to be constantly on the go, easily going from 0 to 100 in seconds.

  • Overwhelming experiences can leave our nervous system overactivated, working extremely hard to keep us going. This can be truly exhausting!

hi! I’M ROCIO

I’m a Registered Psychologist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, specializing in trauma/PTSD and relationship/attachment issues through a mind-body approach. I help adults heal from past wounds and improve their relationship with themselves and others, enabling them to discover a sense of vitality, balance, and connection in their everyday lives.
